Redeem your Well-being rewards by Dec. 31
All year long you have been working hard to earn your Well-being rewards – don’t forget to redeem the credits you have earned for electronic gift card(s)! As a reminder, employees and spouses enrolled in a USG healthcare plan each have the opportunity to earn $100 in rewards for completing well-being activities. The 2024 rewards are paid out in gift cards. The earning period started Jan. 1, 2024, and ends Dec. 31, 2024. The USG Well-being Rewards Program and activities are managed through your USG healthcare plan provider.
Your gift cards will not automatically be awarded to you. You are required to take action and redeem your earned credits for electronic gift card(s)!

You can choose to redeem electronic gift card(s) from Amazon, Apple, Home Depot, Mastercard, TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods, Target, PetSmart and/or Uber.
- If you earned a total of $100 in Well-being credits and want a $100 Amazon eGift card—go for it!
- If you earned $100 in Well-being credits and want to redeem a $20 Amazon eGift card, $30 Home Depot eGift card, and $50 Target gift card – you can do that!
- If you earned $50 in Well-being credits and want to redeem a $25 Apple eGift card and $25 PetSmart gift card – green light!
Your deadline to take action and redeem your 2024 Well-being credit for gift card(s) is Dec. 31, 2024.
Next year the Well-being rewards will change - you and your enrolled, eligible spouse can earn up to $100 each for participating in activities such as tracking your steps or completing a wellness exam. The earning period starts Jan. 1, 2025, and ends Sept. 30, 2025. Earned rewards for employees and/or their spouse will be paid through payroll at the end of the calendar year. Your reward balance will reset to zero at the beginning of each new plan year. All earned rewards that are paid out are taxable. Check out the 2025 Comparison guide (p. 34), for details on some of the things you can do to earn those well-being credits between January and September of 2025!
