Mindful Monday for Feb. 10

The Mindful Monday for Feb. 3 is an affirmation for peace and emotional regulation: "Let negative feelings pass over you like a breeze. Acknowledge them and then let them go."

Mindful Monday is a Year 1 initiative of Georgia College & State University's QEP, Bobcats FIRST. Here's what you can do to be part of this initiative:

  • Follow @gcsu_bobcatsfirst on Instagram or download the attached image.
  • Share the Mindful Monday post to your departmental and/or personal social media account.
  • Reference the Mindful Monday in class, and ask students to reflect silently or aloud.
  • Share in other creative ways to promote mindfulness, positivity and belonging.
