IT Help Desk - winter break 2024

We hope you have a safe and happy winter break.

Please note Georgia College & State University is closed from Dec. 24, 2024, through Jan. 1, 2025. During the break, the IT Help Desk staff will monitor phone and email messages. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; Banner, PAWS, email or the main website being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests Jan. 2, 2025.
