Effective Jan. 1, the University System of Georgia will offer one centralized point of contact for all your support needs. Instead of reaching out to either the OneUSG Connect Support team at oneusgsupport@usg.edu or ITS at helpdesk@usg.edu, you can simply contact the USG Service Desk via support@usg.edu.
