- Lift with your legs, not your back — ask for help with heavy items.
- Don’t overload carts, stairs, or vehicles.
- Be aware of traffic and pedestrians when loading vehicles.
Travel Safety:
- Ensure your vehicle is road-trip ready (check oil, brakes, tires).
- Let someone know your travel plans and estimated arrival times.
- Avoid distractions while driving; take breaks on long trips.
Health & Wellness:
- Stay hydrated and protect yourself from the heat while moving out.
- Be mindful of stress or anxiety about the transition — it’s normal.
- Check in with friends or roommates to ensure everyone’s doing okay.
Have a Good Time:
