Being Well Means Teaching Well: Finding Joy in the Journey

Being Well Means Teaching Well: Finding Joy in the Journey

Your wellness isn’t separate from your teaching — it’s foundational to it.

In this energizing session, “Being Well Means Teaching Well: Finding Joy in the Journey,” we’ll explore how rediscovering joy in your role as an educator can enhance your well-being, strengthen student engagement and reignite your passion for the classroom.

Discover time-smart strategies that help you:

  • Reconnect with what brought you to teaching in the first place.
  • Celebrate small wins and meaningful moments in class.
  • Build routines that reduce burnout and increase satisfaction.
  • Find joy in everyday teaching, even on tough days.

You’ll leave with a personalized  plan and practical tools to help you be well and teach well — because teaching with joy helps us continue to create, endure, flourish, inspire and thrive.

This virtual workshop will be held twice at 11 a.m. June 12 and at 10 a.m. June 13. You can register for either occurrence via our registration form.
