Virtual self-paced opportunity: Communicating Student Success Outcomes @ GCSU

Are you looking to help your students better understand what success looks like in your course? This three-hour, self-paced online course is designed specifically for you. It’s intended to be completed in six weeks, but work at your own pace. No meetings. No deadlines. Just practical strategies you can apply right away. For each hour you complete, you’ll earn a digital badge by submitting a short, meaningful assignment. We’ll explore Defining Student Success in the first hour, Measuring Student Success in the second hour, and Communicating Student Success in the final hour.  

You’ll be introduced to Transparency in Learning and Teaching strategies that help make courses and learning goals clear and achievable for your students.

This course, located in GeorgiaVIEW/D2L, requires self-registration.  

How to self-register in GeorgiaVIEW/D2L:

1. Log in to GeorgiaVIEW using your Unify credentials.
2. Select the “House” on the top left of your screen, then “Self Registration.”
3. From the list of available courses, select “Communicating Student Success Outcomes @ GCSU,” then follow the prompts to register.  

That’s it! You’ll be added to the course immediately and can begin at your convenience.
