CTL Workshop: Communicating Student Success
CTL Workshop: Communicating Student Success
Join colleagues from across campus for an interactive workshop designed to transform how we define, measure and support student success at our institution. This collaborative session will equip you with practical tools to demonstrate student achievement through your teaching, research and service activities while strengthening the liberal arts mission of developing well-rounded, critical thinkers.
Faculty participants will leave with a shared framework for assessing student growth that saves time by providing clear, consistent metrics while making instruction more impactful through evidence-based practices. By aligning our approaches to student success, we create stronger pathways for students to thrive academically, develop essential life skills and engage meaningfully with diverse perspectives — core values of liberal arts education.
The workshop's emphasis on collaborative learning and interdisciplinary dialogue mirrors the integrated thinking we cultivate in our students, while the practical assessment tools and success strategies developed during the session will streamline your evaluation processes and enhance your ability to demonstrate the transformative impact of your teaching and mentoring.
This workshop will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, in Library 376. Please register here to attend.
