GCSU Jazz Auditions

Hi musicians,

GC Jazz will be holding auditions for the GC Jazz Band and Combos on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 7 p.m. in the new Music Rehearsal Hall in the Band room (321 N. Wayne St. - Corner of Wayne and Montgomery Streets). The audition materials are attached and this is a "come all" audition, so no specific times are needed, just show up with your axe! Class times for the courses are as follows:

• Jazz Band—Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:45 p.m.
• Jazz Combos—Tues at 6 p.m. or Thurs at 5 p.m. depending on the combo

We are also offering Jazz Improvisation on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. You don't need to audition for this class, just register for MUSC 1045-01.
