The Mindful Monday for Sept. 1 is a reminder for our physical and mental health: Drink some water. Stretch. Breathe. 

Taking care of our bodies gives us mental clarity and the ability to face the day's challenges with fortitude and agility. Hard things become a little bit easier when we are in tune with our physical selves.
