The Mindful Monday for Sept. 15 is "Celebrate the small wins." Big goals require small steps. When we chip away at something we want — a certain grade point average, a fitness goal, learning a new language — our progress builds over time. As the aphorism goes, Rome wasn't built in a day. Patience, perseverance and a positive growth mindset will get us to where we want to be.
