Mindful Monday for Sept. 22

The Mindful Monday for Sept. 22 is a quote from Tibetan Buddhist master Sakyong Mipham: "The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness." This is a reminder of how important balance is in our lives. To feel our best, we have to find outlets for activity and energetic release. We also have to embrace quiet and calm to still our minds. Developing a routine with a healthy balance of both movement and stillness is a key to health and wellbeing.
