Open Enrollment ends today: Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. Take action now for calendar year 2026. 

Where do I go to make my elections?

  • Login to OneUSG. Click "Employee Self-Service" in the top left corner of the screen and select "Benefits" from the drop down menu then click on "Manage My Benefits" and follow the prompts on the screen.
  • Or, visit https://oneusgconnect.usg.edu and on the right side of the screen under "Active USG Employees," click on "Manage My Benefits" then follow the prompts on the screen.

 

What if I'm not comfortable with a computer?

  • Call OneUSG Connect Benefits at 1-844-587-4236, and they can assist you with making your benefit elections via phone.
    • Wait times will be long on Friday, Nov. 7. Bring your extreme patience if you call today!
  • Or, attend an on-campus open session with Georgia College & State University Benefits in the Wooten-Garner House. The final session is today from 9:30 a.m. to noon. 

 

What if I don’t want to change anything regarding my health insurance? Do I still need to login and do anything, or can I just skip the process?

  • You must answer all applicable surcharge questions. Failure to do so will result in the default status of “yes” and the $150/month surcharge for all of the following that apply:
    • Employee tobacco user
    • Covered spouse tobacco user
    • Dependent(s) age 18+
    • Working spouse
  • If you are enrolled in a HSA or FSA, you must re-enroll. This is not automatic and does not renew annually without action.
  • It’s best practice to review your beneficiaries for all the things since you’re in the system.
    • Basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, HSA, 403(b), 457(b) – even consider checking your TRS account (if applicable – use a separate sign in).

 

Take action today to ensure that your coverage for 2026 is accurate and up-to-date!
