IT Service Desk Holiday Hours: Dec. 2025 - Jan. 2026

Happy holidays! Please note the IT Service Desk’s holiday hours begin Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, through Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026. 

Georgia College & State University is closed from Dec. 24, 2025, through Jan. 2, 2026. During the winter break, the IT Service Desk staff will monitor phone and email messages. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; Banner, PAWS, email or the main website being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests Jan. 5, 2026.  Please contact Public Safety at 478-445-4400 if you are experiencing an emergency.
