REMINDER: Annual Compliance due date approaching for all employees
Just a friendly reminder the 2025 Required Annual Compliance Training is due Dec. 22. Below is the original email that was sent with log-in instructions.
It is time to complete the required Annual Employee Compliance Training at Georgia College & State University. The training is a University System of Georgia requirement for all employees (faculty, staff and student workers – full time and part time). This year's content consists of institutional and system policies and procedures and motor vehicle use. All employees, including student workers, hired prior to Oct. 1, 2025, must complete the Annual Compliance Training module and the quiz. Individuals who drive on university business, including golf carts, must also complete the Motor Vehicle Use Program module.
Please see the information below on how to access and complete the training.
Accessing the Training:
- Login to My GCSU at https://my.gcsu.edu.
- Click on GeorgiaVIEW and access using your credentials.
- Once in GeorgiaVIEW, in the "My Courses" section, click on "2025 Required Annual Training" (scroll down if you do not see it on home page); if you do not see the course, click on the "waffle" icon in the top right section of the page and type 2025 Required Annual Training in the search feature and it will populate.
- Follow the instructions on the "Course Home" screen to complete the modules.
- Employees can click on "Grades" on the top menu bar to confirm completion and print for their records.
