ePerformance coming in February 2026

Exciting news is on the horizon! We are thrilled to announce the implementation of our new electronic performance management system (ePerformance) for staff and administrators in 2026.

In February 2026, we will implement the use of OneUSG Connect for Annual Staff Performance Evaluations. The only “paper process” that will remain will be the six-month evaluation, which is a fillable .pdf and is available on my.gcsu > Human Resources > Forms > Employee Relations > End of Probation Evaluation Form for Staff. 

In January 2026, training will commence and will include tactical, hands-on OneUSG training for supervisors and employees. Additional information will be shared with supervisors and employees very soon. We look forward to working with you all as we bring ePerformance to Georgia College & State University!
