Miller Oberman Reading and Conversation: GCSU's Creative Writing Program Visiting Writers Series
Event Description
The Georgia College & State University Creative Writing Program welcomes Miller Oberman, MFA ('07), for a public reading and conversation as part of the Visiting Writers Series. Oberman will read from Impossible Things (Duke University Press, 2024), alongside new and recent work.
He will be joined by MFA student poet Christina Faber for an evening of poetry, followed by a Q&A and book signing.
Oberman is the author of Impossible Things and The Unstill Ones (Princeton Series of Contemporary Poets). His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry, The Nation, London Review of Books, Boston Review, Tin House and Harvard Review. He is an editor at Broadside Press and teaches at Eugene Lang College at The New School.
