IT Help Desk holiday hours - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2026

The Information Technology Service Desk is closed Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. The IT Service Desk will monitor phone and email messages. IT staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; Banner, PAWS, email or the main web site being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests on Jan. 20, 2026.  Please contact Public Safety at 478-445-4400 if you are experiencing an emergency.
