ePerformance training continues, website is live

As a reminder, Georgia College & State University is trainsitioning to ePerformance, an electronic performance evaluation system within OneUSG, for staff and administrators for the current evaluation cycle, which begins on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026. The evaluation cycle is for work performed Feb. 1, 2025 - Jan. 31, 2026. All evaluations are due within OneUSG by close fo business on April 3, 2026. 

Employees, managers and managers' supervisors are welcome to attend any of the remaining training sessions throughout the remainder of this week by signing up here. After registering, you'll receive a Teams meeting invite to the respective training.

Here, you will find a detailed timeline for the annual performance cycle, step-by-step instructions for every "click" of the ePerformance process in OneUSG and additional resources to help make the inaugural run of ePerformance a success.
