AUGUSTA, Ga. | The Peach Belt Conference has announced that Georgia College & State University's Aidan Kudlas has earned the league's Elite 18 Award for men's basketball.

The PBC Elite 18 Award, which is modeled after the NCAA Elite Scholar-Athlete Award (formerly known as the NCAA Elite 90 Award), is given to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average at the championship.

Kudlas, a senior guard from Dawsonville, Georgia, is the second Bobcat to earn an Elite 18 Award this season, joining volleyball's Lilly Swanson.  Kudlas, who has a 4.00 cumulative GPA as biology major, is the fourth Bobcat to earn an Elite 18 Award for men's basketball and the first since 2022.

Kudlas has played in all 28 games this season, starting six. He had averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 21.6 minutes per contest this season. He is second for the Bobcats in assists (68) and steals (22).

The Bobcats return to action Wednesday (March 4) when they travel to Dahlonega, Georgia, to face the University of North Georgia in a 7:30 p.m. quarterfinal game of the 2026 Peach Belt Tournament.
