Competitive Study Abroad opportunity: Spain (Erasmus+) – Nominations due April 16
Georgia College & State University faculty are invited to submit student nominations for the Erasmus+ KA171 program at the University of Valladolid for the 2026–2027 academic year.
This is a funded exchange opportunity in Valladolid, Spain, with two (2) spots available for GCSU students.
Student Eligibility:
- Undergraduate or graduate students
- B2 (upper-intermediate) Spanish proficiency preferred
Academic Details:
- Courses available in both English and Spanish
- Offerings span a variety of academic disciplines
Program Term Options:
- September 2026 – February 2027
- February 2027 – July 2027
Funding Includes:
- €850/month (up to 5 months) for housing and living expenses
- €1,188 travel grant (one-time payment toward airfare)
- Health insurance meeting Spanish visa requirements
- Full tuition and fee waiver at the University of Valladolid
This opportunity provides students with a high-impact international experience at minimal cost.
