IT Service Desk hours - Memorial Day 2026

The IT Service Desk will provide remote support during normal operating hours on Saturday, May 23 – Sunday, May 24.  The IT Service Desk is closed Monday, May 25, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. The IT Service Desk will periodically monitor phone and email messages during the closure. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; Banner, PAWS, email, or the main website being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests on May 26, 2026. Please contact Public Safety at 478-445-4400 if you are experiencing an emergency.
