IT Service Desk holiday hours – Juneteenth 2026

The IT Service Desk is closed Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. IT Service Desk staff will monitor phone and email messages. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; and/or Banner, PAWS, email or the main website being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests on June 20 when we resume regular summer remote support weekend hours.
