All GCSU P-Card users and approvers: Action needed

Attention: All GCSU P-Card Users and Approvers, 

On Sept. 2, you received an email from Bank of America Commercial Card (globalcardaccess@bofa.com) with instructions and login credentials for Global Card Access (GCA), following Bank of America's update that Works can now only be accessed through GCA — the direct Works login is no longer available.

 Please take a few minutes to do the following: 

1. Log in to GCA using the credentials sent on Sept. 2.

2. Confirm that you can see the link to Works within GCA.

3. If you have not yet logged in and cannot log in, or do not see the Works link, please contact Bank of America’s GCA Migration team now at gcamigrationsupport@bofa.com to resolve it before you need to use Works.

I would also recommend that you have your cardholders and other Works users do the same — Log into GCA and confirm they can see the Works link — so their access isn't disrupted either.

 Please complete this check by noon on Friday, Sept. 11.
