Direct deposit account limit established in OneUSG Connect

Given the growing threat of cyber fraud targeting sensitive employee data, the OneUSG Connect team is implementing additional security measures to help protect your personal information and reduce potential risks associated with payroll transactions. 

As part of these ongoing efforts, we will limit the number of direct deposit accounts an employee can maintain in OneUSG Connect to five (5). 

This five-account limit will help simplify the transition to Workday, strengthen fraud prevention and security controls, and reduce payment errors and rejected deposits. 

Employees who maintain more than five (5) direct deposit accounts are asked to remove any excess accounts and review the priority order of their remaining accounts by Friday, Oct. 16, to ensure accurate pay distribution.
