Georgia College Forensics Team wins regional debate tournament

The Georgia College Forensics Team competed in their first two tournaments of the season this weekend at the inaugural Southeast Squabble hosted by Newberry College. Against programs including Tennessee Tech University, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Newberry College, and the University of Florida, the team won the debate tournament, took home two first-place trophies for the tournament's speaking events, and won third place in overall points at the tournament with just five competitors.
