GCSU’s Move to Workday Is Underway

Georgia College & State University has begun its transition from OneUSG Connect to Workday, as part of a University System of Georgia initiative known as Unified ERP. ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning, and the new system will bring many of our everyday administrative tasks together in one place, including budgeting, time tracking, salary and benefits information, expense reports, and performance evaluations.

There is plenty of time to prepare. Virtual, instructor-led training will begin in late 2027 and continue through 2028, with Workday expected to go live in summer 2028. We will share more details as the project moves forward to ensure everyone remains informed.
