A poem by alumn Miller Oberman, '06, was featured this week on the Poem-A-Day website. Oberman received his Masters in Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Georgia College & State University. “The Centaur” explores themes of fatherhood, gender and loss. This event is our semester fundraising concert. Tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday, April 11, and at the door at the time of the event. The concert takes place at Buffington's in downtown Milledgeville, Friday, April 12, beginning at 10 p.m. All of the proceeds go to Friends of Baldwin County Animal Services. We have two bands playing throughout the time of the event.
