Brian Kemp, Georgia College & State University will lower its flags to half-staff Feb. 17, 2024, in honor and respect for the memory Sergeant Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, of Savannah, Georgia. Sergeant Moffett and two other soldiers were tragically killed in a drone attack at a base in Jordan Jan. 28, 2024. We recognize the sacrifices made by Sergeant Moffett who honorably served our country in the United States Army Reserve.
