Board of Regents Chairman Sachin Shailendra and University System of Georgia (USG) Acting Chancellor Teresa MacCartney have announced Cathy Cox, dean of the Mercer University School of Law, as the sole finalist for president of Georgia College & State University.

Extended hours, walk-ins welcome for free single-dose COVID-19 vaccination clinic today
No appointment is necessary for today's free COVIID-19 vaccination clinic. Student Health Services has also extended the hours to 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
At this clinic, the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) single-dose vaccine will be administered.

Georgia College received 200 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and will host a vaccination clinic Thursday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The clinic will be held at Student Health Services in the Wellness Center on West Campus. This is for the first dose of the vaccine.
