Shuttle service will be reduced from Monday, Feb. 26, through Thursday, Feb. 29. During this period of reduced service, West Campus departures will shift from every six minutes to every eight minutes. To inaugurate Research Day, Dr. Richard Newton, associate professor and undergraduate director of Religious Studies at The University of Alabama, will deliver a keynote address titled “From Virtual to Reality: Research in the Humanities” Tuesday, March 26, in Magnolia Ballroom. The Eve Puckett Giving Tree Award is given by the Office of Community Engagement and Service to a student who has left a lasting legacy of service at the university. Each recipient plants a tree on campus as an act of giving back to the community. The Healthy Minds Study is one of two national-scale surveys that constitute the main assessment of the QEP, Bobcats FIRST. Georgia College & State University will administer the HMS Feb. 19 through March 15. To get our response rate where we need it, we are asking all faculty to allow us to proctor the survey to their classes. The survey takes approximately 30 minutes. Proctors will instruct students how to find the survey link and use part of your class time to administer the survey...
