It's time for the Georgia College & State University annual Breast Cancer Walk. Come out at 10 a.m. Oct. 24 to walk for breast cancer education and awareness and tag along after for tabling from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. for fun activities. Pink hair feathers and tinsel will be sold for $2.

It's time for the 20th annual Clothesline Project. Join us out on Front Campus from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. The Clothesline Project is an awareness-raising display featuring the stories of those in our community who have experienced power-based interpersonal violence (e.g. sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, etc.). There are now three options included in our license model: Adobe Express (formerly Adobe Spark) – This license is the default for all faculty, staff and students. Dunk for Diabetes is a basketball dunking competition. There will be prizes offered for the best dunker in the men's and women's divisions. There will be a chance to enter a raffle for a chance to win a Yeti cooler. The purpose of the event is to fundraise money to go toward Type 1 Diabetes research and raise awareness on the topic.
