Preston Raburn, saxophonist, will present his Senior Recital in Max Noah Recital Hall on Sunday, April 13, at 3 p.m. He will be accompanied on the piano by Dr. Hue Jang and his grandmother, Carol Tanner. With a theme of "Come As You Are," Preston will perform works by Paule Maurice, Steven Banks, Andy Scott, William Grant Still, as well as "A Journey's End" which is arranged by Preston.

Brooklyn Wucher, euphonium, will perform a Senior Recital in Max Noah Recital Hall on Sunday, April 6, at 3 p.m. Dr. Hue Jang will accompany her on the piano. This recital will also be live streamed on facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment.  

Breanna Thompson, trumpeter, will present her Senior Recital in Max Noah Recital Hall on Saturday, April 5, 5 p.m. Dr. Lev Ryabinin will accompany her on the piano. This event will also be live streamed on facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment. 

Come out and enjoy our GCSU Jazz Jam Session Friday, March 14, 7-9 p.m. at Allen’s Market, 101 W. McIntosh St., downtown Milledgeville, presented by Jazz at GCSU . Hosted by our faculty and student jazz musicians, the jazz jam is open to all instrumentalists and singers in the community who would like to sit in with us. We hope to see you there!
