Tuesday, Sept. 9 A Guest Artist Recital, “Beethoven’s Hammerklavier,” featuring pianist Francisco Silva will be at 7:30 p.m. in Max Noah Recital Hall at Georgia College & State University. This performance will feature three of Beethoven’s late piano sonatas: Opus 90, 101, and 106, nicknamed the “Hammerklavier”-- considered to be the most difficult of his 32 sonatas. This concert will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment. Come out and enjoy Georgia College & State University's Jazz Jam Session Tuesday, April 15, 7-9 p.m. at Amici Café, downtown Milledgeville, presented by Jazz at GCSU.  Hosted by our faculty and student jazz musicians, the GCSU Jam Session is open to all members of the community interested in working on their jazz and improvisation skills.
