On March 25-28, 15 Honors students participated in the Southern Regional Honors Conference in Montgomery, Alabama. Each did an excellent job presenting their scholarship and creative work. They found SRHC’s City-as-Text exploration of the Legacy Museum and other sites in downtown Montgomery to be deeply meaningful. Georgia College & State University will test the Outdoor Emergency Notification System (siren system) Wednesday, April 1 2026. This test is scheduled to occur the first Wednesday of every month between 10 a.m. and noon and will last approximately one minute. Thirty-five Biological and Environmental Science students, along with faculty mentors, traveled to Georgia Gwinnett College last week to present their research at the Annual Meeting of the Georgia Academy of Sciences.
