The Georgia College & State University's Office of Sustainability is seeking donations of clothing for our upcoming Pop-Up Thrift Shop, which will be hosted on March 26 during the Farmers and Artisans Market. Please drop off your donations at room 410 in Miller Court before March 25 or contact sustaingc@gcsu.edu / (478) 445-7016. There will be camels in Milledgeville! If you are one of the first 500 students, you'll also receive a Homecoming tee-shirt. Get a head start for the next school year! Stop by the Financial Aid Office table on front campus from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. to get information on scholarship opportunities for the 2025-2026 school year.

President Cathy Cox and the Student Government Association invite the campus community to the 18th Annual Hanging of the Greens Thursday, Dec. 5, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. This event is the official lighting of Front Campus for the holiday season. Join Thunder and his special guest for s'more making, hot chocolate and a screening of the movie "Elf" on the front lawn. We hope to see you there!

This semester, Student Media Day will be held on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Join Bobcat Multimedia in celebrating the birthdays of two of the Department of Communication's most beloved organizations! This event is held every semester to bring more awareness to all of the organizations in the Department of Communication. This Student Media Day will include free food, games and a fun giveaway!
