No matter our age, we are constantly evolving — hopefully for the better. How can we invest our time and energy now into who we might want to be tomorrow? That could mean learning a new skill, adopting a healthy habit or changing our mindset about something. Through reflection and small, positive actions, we can become the version of ourselves that makes us proud.
