Dr. Scott Buchanan, professor of Political Science, was the featured speaker last week at the Coastal Georgia Historical Society's annual Chautauqua Lecture Series. The series features scholars and authors from around the nation, and this year's series focuses upon pivotal elections in U.S. political history.
