Dr. Scott Buchanan, professor of Political Science and department chair of Government and Sociology, will be giving a book talk on Wednesday evening, 10 April, at 6 p.m. at Georgia's Old Governor's Mansion. Dr. Buchanan is the co-author of the only book devoted to one of the more unusual political controversies in the history of Georgia--and perhaps in the nation's history. Wednesday, Feb. 21 The Georgia College & State University Department of Music and Georgia’s Old Governor’s Mansion present “A Book Talk” at 6 p.m. with Dr. Dana Gorzelany-Mostak, associate professor of music and author of “Tracks on the Trail: Popular Music, Race, and the US Presidency.” The talk will be at the Manion with a reception to follow.
