On Monday, Oct. 6, at 5:30 p.m. in the Mayfair Hall presentation room, Dr. Brad Rice, emeritus professor of History at Clayton State University, will discuss his new book on Joshua Hill of Madison: Civil War Unionist and Georgia's First Republican Senator, 1812-1881 (Mercer University Press).
