Our Serve Help Desk team is here to serve you.  Please note our modified Summer 2023 hours beginning Monday, 5/8/2023. During the Summer months, Serve will be open 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays. Serve will offer telephone and email support between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Last night most everyone at GCSU received a scam email from a student account at GCSU with the Subject: "RA NEEDED URGENTLY!!!"  The student account was compromised by an overseas hacker, who posed as a faculty member. This email is a scam, and IT is working to remediate the damage. There were no URLs provided, but the hacker is asking people to call him.
