Native plants are available to take home!Partnering with the American Society of Landscape Architects, the event will feature resources on local nurseries and practical ideas for creating sustainable landscapes in any space.

Single-stream recycling is the easiest way to reduce your environmental footprint at Georgia College & State University. Around campus, black or gray containers are designated for landfill trash, while blue containers are reserved for single-stream recycling. Accepted items include paper, paperboard, cardboard, aluminum, tin and steel cans and rigid plastic containers labeled #1 and #2. The Georgia College & State University West Campus Garden is opening up for the Summer Rental Program. There are spaces available in raised beds at a cost of $10 per bed. Students are not charged this fee, as they are already charged a fee when they pay their tuition. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Renters may reserve up to two spaces.
