We are exhibiting student work on the second floor of the Ina Dillard Library - Ceramic art: Portraiture and Presence on March 31 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Let's take a closer look at faces! This art project demonstrates the ideas behind how sculptors sculpt faces. Students worked through ideas including presence, character, subverting ideals, absence of color, making faces and even the blank face.
