All departments are encouraged to participate in the annual Campus Shred event on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to noon as part of our Ethics Awareness Week activities. Last year, the event securely disposed of more than 9,000 pounds of paper. Our campus is making a difference in sustainability and records management. Thanks to your enthusiastic participation, our campus shred event last week resulted in the shredding of an impressive 9,250 pounds of paper (equivalent to 32 full bins).This achievement helps us comply with the Records Management Policy and promotes responsible recycling practices.Information on Records Management training and resources is available here. Thank you for being so supportive!

Georgia College & State University technology is the property of the State of Georgia and must be disposed of in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services Surplus Property rules.
