Communities in Schools Milledgeville-Baldwin County is looking for volunteers to read in Baldwin County Schools Oct. 26 to celebrate Read for the Record Day. If you have about an hour that morning to read to the third graders at Midway Hills Academy, we can use your help. Please contact janet.cavin@gcsu.edu for further information.

This one-day event is a chance for high school students to meet and work with Georgia College & State University music faculty, other high school singers and the Max Noah Singers. The day includes rehearsals, a vocal masterclass, lunch with Max Noah Singers, more rehearsals and a campus tour. Information Technology will phase in new wireless networks to the Georgia College & State University campus. The new networks will start and coincide with the current networks on Oct. 2, 2023. Accounting Services invites all who have not attended a travel regulations training session to one of the final two trainings of the semester. Each will be held in the Pat Peterson Museum Education Room-Library 211 Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2:00-3:00 p.m. and again Friday, Oct. 20, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
