Dr. Steve Elliott-Gower and Dr. H. Lee Gillis, Jr. have been named the 2024 faculty award recipients by the Georgia College Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa. Elliott-Gower, who is associate professor of political science, is the recipient of the Flisch-Harris Award for Leadership in the Cause of a Liberal Education. We are pleased to announce that Andalusia Institute is hosting a series of spring Zoom events, primarily to share the results of NEH Summer Institutes on Flannery O'Connor. The first event for this spring is 7-8 pm, Thursday, Feb. 1. Dr. Bruce Gentry will be the emcee as we hear from three speakers, he will try to make sure that we have Q&A time.
